The software application from Heraizen is user-friendly for students/parents and employees. It has multiple features required by a school e.g. Academics, HR, Pay Roll, Transportation, Examination, etc. It makes the day-to-day work at our school easy and smooth for both administrative and academic purposes. We can prepare the lesson plan, upload content, assignment, etc. It is easy to generate and segregate reports like student attendance, internal assessment marks as per our requirements. Generation of periodical reports helps to track students’ performance in sync with their attendance and assessment of their internal assessment marks. Alert messages to parents with respect to their ward’s attendance status are working well and messages are delivered to the parents on scheduled timelines through notification. Students/parents can track attendance status, timetable, and internal marks using their Mobile App. Our teachers have expressed their appreciation for the functionality aspects. Heraizen helps us to work online and offline to admit students which eases the manual effort in conducting admissions. Complex fees structures are managed easily based on courses. Heraizen provided separate categories for fee payment. There are also options for payments in monthly or yearly or as instalments. We needed some way to visualize the fee data, and Heraizen has charting and graphing.
